Covid-19 profoundly impacted women owned businesses. This event will inspire business owners and provide tangible skills so we can rebuild, recover, and reimagine the future of business. Attendees will leave this event prepared to make their businesses more resilient in the face of social and economic upheaval. AGENDA A workshop from Luminary and Cate Luzio on how to survive as a small business. A fireside chat with Mona Bijoor and Priya Rao on Mona's book, Startups and Downs: The Secrets of Resilient Entrepreneurs. A breakout activity led by Mona Bijoor. SPEAKER BIOS Cate Luzio is the Founder and CEO of Luminary, the premier collaboration hub for women who are passionate about professional development and expanding their networks. This 15,000 square foot meeting space in New York City includes a rooftop deck/cafe (opening summer 2019) and two floors of open workspace, conference rooms, a fitness studio, beauty bar, locker room, lactation room, and much more. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, Mona lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two daughters. Priya Rao is the Executive Editor at Glossy, and hosts the Glossy Beauty Podcast.
