Thinking with Design We all have desires, aspirations, and goals for the future. While we attend to our daily to-do’s, many of us will also strive to take some measures toward the tomorrow we’d like to experience. We hope that our efforts today are aligned with our targets for the future, but hope, while valuable, is not a “method”. And while imitation may be the “highest form of flattery”, imitating people we admire is not a clean prescription for our own success.

Popular culture has been inundated with the concept that attitude, mindset, and positivity are powerful in influencing our experiences. What hasn’t been explained is how we get out of our own way in order to effectively institute both the power of thought and the efficiency of action.

How exactly do we harness the machinery of the mind and both the science and art of design to align our efforts today with our ambitions for tomorrow?

In this workshop, using research-based methodologies, you’ll learn:
  • To help declutter the mind from its automatic chatter, including some forms of cognitive bias
  • To recognize what choices and behaviors are underserving your vision for your future
  • To access play and creativity to clarify your intentions and align them with your desired objectives
  • To implement the science of management and the brain to craft a roadmap for decision-making that tees you up for achieving success
Whomever you are, be it a corporate executive delving into a new set of responsibilities and expectations, an entrepreneur striving to meet bold targets, or somebody experiencing a personal or professional transition, this workshop will introduce you to the tools to clarify, sharpen, and sculpt how you think for success.

“Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.” —Marcus Aurelius
