Between 2016-2019, we saw women-focused communities opening up all over the world particularly in the form of physical spaces. These spaces are more than spaces, they provide women and male allies access to like-minded individuals to connect, learn, and simply expand their networks. And until March 2020, the runway of growth for these communities seemed unstoppable. Now many are closing permanently because of the pandemic. What happens when our communities shut down?
